What types of gallery are available?

We provide galleries in either Thumbnail or Flash format. Which format is chosen depends on which is most appropriate for the individual gallery. For some galleries, we provide both types.

How do I get a gallery added?

When we make pictures for you, you can request a gallery. You can use it to preview and buy prints at any time. Your gallery is private - it can only be opened with the user name and password we allocate to you.

How can I let other people see my gallery?

As the main user of a gallery, you can also add guests. You can add a single guest account and let all your guests use the same account, or you can allocate different accounts to individuals.

But I want to make sure I see my gallery first!

When your gallery is added, it will be 'locked', so only you will be able to view it. You can unlock the gallery for guests whenever you like. It can be unlocked automatically after a pre-set date if you wish.

How do I view a gallery?

Galleries available to you are listed in the left panel. Just click the icon for the Thumb or Flash version (as available) to begin viewing.

I want to buy prints while I'm viewing.

Whether you view a Thumb or Flash gallery, the order form is displayed at the right. Each image is shown with a reference number. (Flash galleries can be paused for easier checking of numbers). Just add the details to the form to build your order. Pricing details can be shown in a pop-up window at any time. Quantity discounts are applied automatically as you order. When you've finished, click the Checkout button.

How can I pay?

If you have a PayPal account, you can use any of the normal methods - PayPal balance, credit/debit card or eCheque. If not, you can pay by cheque. Full details are provided on the checkout pages.
