Nobody likes reading terms and conditions, but it is necessary to mention a few things just to avoid misunderstandings.
The terms 'we', 'our' and 'us' refer to Gibsons Photography. The terms 'you' refer to you, the customer.
When you book, we reserve time and studio space. That's a committment of time and money to you. A booking deposit ensures we are both committed. Time cannot be re-sold if you fail to arrive, so booking deposits are not refundable.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We reserve the right to freely use any image we create for our own advertising and promotional purposes.
Most portrait services are completed within one week. This may take longer if special materials must be obtained for which we are dependent upon an external supplier. Wedding and event services are usually completed within four weeks from receipt of the order. Most commercial work is completed within three working days. If a specific date for completion is specified, we will always do our best to meet it.
Many people collect from us in person, but where goods are to be delivered we use the Royal Mail or a private courier.
A full refund is always available if you are unhappy with the technical quality of our work, provided you notify us immediately upon receipt. You are responsible for returning items to us for refund. Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked time. Orders may not be cancelled once we have begun working on them. Changes may be accepted at our discretion.
