Terms and conditions

No-one likes terms and conditions, but misunderstandings can cause problems so it's better we all know where we stand. We won't confuse you with long paragraphs full of legal terminology even lawyers argue about. We'll keep it short and simple.

• Our charges are for both professional services and products you can touch. For personal customers, we offer packages which combine both in one price so you know exactly what you will spend. Even so, it's usually possible to add to your order at any point. Just ask.
• When you book, we reserve a fixed amount of time for you. That's a commitment of valuable resources to you, which is why we reqire a similar commitment from you in the form of a reservation deposit. If you fail to turn up as agreed, you will lose the booking deposit to cover the cost of the wasted time
• You'll have booked us because you like our work. Please don't ask us to work in ways which would mean that what we do for you is not up to our usual high standards. We need sufficient time to do our job properly and the cooperation of everyone involved.
• Similarly, it takes time to complete the physical products. We may need to acquire materials especially for you. We may be reliant on outside suppliers. We'll always give a firm completion date once we know exactly what we have to do for you.
• If we have to post items to you, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by standard postal or courier services. If you need items delivered on a specific date, we'll need to charge for appropriate scheduled delivery services.
• If you're ever dissatisfied with our service or products, we will always replace or refund in full, at your choice, provided all goods are returned promptly. No ifs or buts. We want you to be confident in us and satisfied in every way.
• UK and EU law states that all rights to reuse, copy or claim authorship of pictures we create belongs to us, unless we agree in writing to the contrary.
