TERMS OF BUSINESS

Our full terms of business are available on request.

Please note the following in particular:

• All our work is protected by the Copyright, designs and patents Act, 1988. It is illegal to copy or to cause to be copied in any way, in whole or in part, any image created by us without our prior written consent.
• Our rights under sections 77 & 80 are also asserted.
• We reserve the right to use images for display, competition or other promotional purposes.
• We will not use images for any other commercial purpose without your prior consent.
• Goods left uncollected after a period of one months from date of completion will be deemed unwanted and may be destroyed. Deposits left on such goods will be forfeit to offset our costs.
• Commissioning of any work implies your acceptance of our full terms of business. No employee is authorised to negotiate different terms, nor to undertake work on our behalf under other conditions.
